1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, booking with us, or staying at Mansavi Villa HomeStay, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Room Features & Occupancy

• All rooms are of double occupancy and configured with one double bed or two single beds.
• All rooms have attached or private bathrooms.
• Rooms are subject to availability.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard check-in: 12:00 noon
• Standard check-out: 10:00 AM

Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Power Backup

We generally provide 24×7 power supply. In rare cases of a power outage, inverter backup is available for lights, fans and television.

5. Identity Verification

Guests must carry a valid government photo ID at check-in, such as Passport, Driver's Licence, PAN Card, Aadhaar or equivalent. Guests must also present a hard or soft copy of the booking confirmation voucher at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must additionally complete Form C registration as required under Indian law.

6. Booking Confirmation & Payments

A booking is considered confirmed only on payment of 50% advance, with the balance 50% due before arrival. Full payment must be completed before check-in. Management reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are delayed.

7. Amenities & Meal Services

• Complimentary breakfast: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
• Dinner facility: ₹500 per person — please inform management by 11:00 AM on the day of service for dinner arrangements.

8. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain decorum, respect property rules, and avoid activities that disturb other guests or staff. Any property damage will be chargeable to the guest in whose name the room is booked.

9. Website Use

Guests must not use the website for unlawful activities, fraudulent or harmful purposes, automated data extraction or scraping, or any misuse of website content.

10. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to external sites. Mansavi Villa HomeStay is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, images, graphics and other materials — is the property of Mansavi Villa HomeStay. Reproduction or use is not permitted without prior written approval.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, service interruptions caused by external situations, or inaccuracies arising from third-party systems or services.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida) jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this website with the revised effective date.
