Because rooms, beds and staff are blocked in advance for confirmed bookings, our cancellation terms reward early notice and account for the costs we cannot recover at short notice. The terms below apply to all reservations made directly with Mansavi Villa.
All bookings are confirmed only on receipt of advance payment. The full balance (if applicable) must be paid before check-in. Corporate or bulk bookings may require a higher advance, as communicated at the time of reservation.
The refund eligibility for cancelled room bookings is as follows:

Food services (breakfast, lunch, dinner, packed meals, snacks, beverages and catering) are non-refundable once any of the following has happened:
If a guest checks out before the scheduled departure date, no refund will be issued for unused nights, meals or services.
Date-change requests are subject to availability and may be approved at our discretion. Where approved, no cancellation fee applies for a one-time reschedule, but any tariff difference for the new dates will be payable.
Refunds are issued only when the cancellation meets the timelines above, when a double payment or billing error has been verified, or when the service was not delivered for reasons attributable to us.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, civil disturbance, strikes, pandemics or utility failures.
This policy is governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar jurisdiction.
